Role Description

This is a full-time Relief Manager (Retail) role located in Worcester for Age UK Wyvern. The Relief Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, customer service, team management, sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will be based on-site and involve managing the retail store operations efficiently.
