Job description

This role is for a Real Estate Corporate Tax Manager in the professional services industry, based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tax affairs for a portfolio of real estate clients.

• Managing tax affairs for a portfolio of real estate clients.
• Delivering high-quality tax advisory services.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Coordinating with other departments to provide integrated services to clients.
• Supporting business development activities.
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
• Ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax legislation.

Profile

A successful Real Estate Corporate Tax Manager should have:

• An ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification, or equivalent.
• Experience in UK corporation tax.
• Knowledge of real estate tax issues.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
