McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Organizational Design role based in the United Kingdom. You will lead organizational design and operating model projects across 2 key business segments, Internationally Operated Markets (IOM) and International Developmental Licensee Markets (IDL), fostering the development of organizational capabilities needed to support the execution of business strategy. This role will report to the Senior Director, Organizational Design and serve as a member of the Global Organizational Design Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in organizational design and operating models, and a data-driven approach to executing programs effectively and efficiently.
