  • A relevant qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Health and Social Care, or SEN is advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of SEN strategies, including autism support, sensory integration, PECs, or Makaton, is beneficial.
  • A patient, empathetic and adaptable approach, with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build meaningful connections with pupils, staff and parents.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and a passion for helping young people achieve their potential.
