We are looking for an enthusiastic person to lead our small homely toddler room. Our toddler room has between 8 to 10 children and up to three members of staff. You will be required to ensure the nursery's high standards and ethos is implemented daily, creating a safe, nurturing environment for our children to learn, grow, and thrive within. You must have a strong understanding of the EYFS and be able to ensure statutory guidelines are being met daily, along with forming strong professional bonds with your team members, key children, and parents. To lead and actively promote the safety, security, and well-being of all children, staff, and visitors at all times. We are looking for someone to create amazing activities and experiences to not only help develop the children within our care but to create lasting memories and inspire the team around you. Most of all, have a passion to involve, get messy with a whole range of sensory experiences, and create the best start to learning for the children within our nursery.
