The purpose of the Sales Director is to ensure delivery of new business revenue and profit margin against the expectations of the UK budget and medium-term plan.
The Sales Director will play a crucial role in facilitating and guiding the strategic direction of the services offered to ensure the business is the "go-to" company for digital products.
In addition, the Sales Director role will be crucial in ensuring the sales team is capable of meeting the expectations of our budget and medium-term plan. This includes utilizing coaching, mentoring, and training of the sales team and facilitating collaboration with the wider Digital Solutions teams from France and other regions.
