Business Development Manager, UK - Life & Health Products

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial professional with a strong focus on partnerships to lead sales growth and market expansion across the UK for our client's group life and health products. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with expertise in cross-border financial products and a proven track record in business development.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK market for the new product.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, intermediaries, clients, and strategic partners.
  3. Conduct market research to understand client needs and the competitive landscape.
  4. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the UK regions.
  5. Present and communicate the value proposition of the new product to prospective clients.
  6. Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
  7. Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure alignment with market needs.
  8. Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the company's offerings.
  9. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress toward targets.
  10. Segment the market and identify high-potential sectors and companies for targeted outreach.
  11. Provide training and support to internal teams and clients regarding product features and benefits.
