Your New Company:

A rapidly expanding construction firm with a growing presence in the UK, known for delivering high-quality office fit out projects. The company is the London based UK arm of a larger global company, offering excellent opportunities for career development and growth. They are known for delivering CAT A and CAT B fit out projects across London.

Your New Role:

As a Business Development Manager based in London, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding the clients market presence.

Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve goals.

You will work closely with the current senior management team to align business development strategies with company goals and ensure the successful acquisition of multi-million pound fit out projects.

Additionally, you will bring in projects and oversee their handover, contribute to the commercial and operations team as required.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent and wide-ranging contacts within the UK construction industry and a proven track record of landing projects valued up to £10m. Repeating business with the same clients will also be expected.

Your ability to make an immediate impact by bringing projects to the table and drive business growth will be crucial.

Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to business development are essential.
