What you will be doing

As a Sales Negotiator, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment
You will play a pivotal role in selling and negotiating properties across North Manchester
Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments, and sales progression duties
Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident in speaking with a variety of property owners and have an understanding of the residential property market
