Senior Sales Negotiator – Liverpool – Up to £30,000 basic DOE + commissions

What you will be doing

As a Sales Negotiator, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment.
You will play a pivotal role in selling and negotiating properties across Liverpool.
Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments, and sales progression duties.
Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients.
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident in speaking with a variety of property owners and understanding the residential property market.

What you will have

Experienced Sales Negotiator.
Ability to communicate with all types of clients and meet their high expectations.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
