CAA ICON (a division of CAA Sport) is the world’s-leading owner’s representative and project management consultancy for the development or renovation of sports, entertainment and public assembly venues. CAA ICON has managed the delivery of more than 55 iconic venues and over 2,000 consulting engagements around the world.
The CAA ICON European team are looking to recruit an exceptional Project Director (based in Cardiff) to be part of a driven team who manage the delivery of projects that inspire communities and generate unforgettable experiences for generations of fans.
As a Project Director, you will lead the project through all stages of the life of a project, including feasibility study production, design development, town planning approvals, procurement, construction, fit-out, testing and operational readiness. You will coordinate, manage and monitor activities related to the project programme and budget, and will be required to engage and collaboratively work with clients, architects, engineers, specialist consultants, and contractors/subcontractors to deliver the client’s vision.
