Senior Planner

£50 - 65k per annum + benefits package

Hybrid / bases in either Bristol/Swindon OR Cardiff

Rail Project - Does NOT require SC clearance

iO Associates have partnered with a highly recognisable and respected construction client, in the recruitment of a Senior Planner.

Working on the HS2 project, you will be involved in every aspect of the planning project, fully building and managing schedules, interfaces and engagement with key stakeholders.

Additionally your role responsibilities will involve (but not limited to):

1. Maintenance and Management of metrics
2. Organisation of meetings and workshops, ensuring performance and progress of projects is achieved
3. Manage the contract requirements for the schedules
4. Provide Integrated assessments correlating Schedule, Cost and Risk
5. Scenario planning options to mitigate issues and improve efficiencies

Key experience required:

1. Extensive experience managing large scale projects
2. Contract experience (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, Rail Frameworks)
3. Excellent reporting techniques, and integration of multi-disciplinary project controls skillset
4. A background working within a Consultancy role will be highly beneficial for this position
5. P6 AND/OR MSP

The client operates on a hybrid working policy (2-3 days in the office per week) and these days can be worked in either their Bristol, Swindon, or Cardiff offices. Additional travel to other sites that is not your 'base' location will be covered by the company.
