Our client is a leading International Investment Bank looking to hire an experienced Test Manager to join their Transaction Reporting Programme.
The role will be remote, with some periodic travel to the client site.
- Experienced with different types of products such as: Equity, Securities, Derivatives, FX, Debt Securities, Commodities, etc.
- Understands the different types of reporting regimes such as: EMIR, MIFID II/MIFIR, SFTR, CFTC, etc.
- Ability to manage and challenge the quality of the build delivered by external vendors that is used as a base for testing.
- Managed large and complex projects with many stakeholders.
- Managed a testing team of 5-10 resources as a minimum.
- Very good communication skills when it comes to reporting and dealing with senior management.
- Handles pressure very well as this is a high-stress program with many stakeholders and hawkish yet moving timelines.
