Job description

MCR Property Group is a leading real estate investment and development company with offices in Manchester, London, Birmingham, and Glasgow. The company specialises in acquiring, developing, and managing residential, commercial, and industrial properties across the UK. With a strong focus on innovation and strategic growth, MCR Property Group is expanding its marketing team and looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to enhance its marketing automation and customer engagement strategies.

This role is based in the Manchester office, working as part of a marketing team of ten people. The CRM Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising HubSpot to improve marketing campaigns, lead generation, and customer journey processes. This position requires a data-driven approach to marketing, ensuring that campaigns are targeted, effective, and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track campaign performance and customer engagement. They will analyse CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement, working closely with the sales team to refine lead management and scoring.

Managing HubSpot is a core aspect of the role, including setting up segmentation, automation, and workflow processes to ensure seamless marketing and sales alignment. The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, paid media, and email, ensuring all communications align with the brand and are optimised for performance.

A strong background in marketing campaign management within a B2C or B2B sales environment is essential. Experience using HubSpot for reporting, customer journey optimisation, and performance tracking is required, along with expertise in social media, email marketing, and digital campaign tools such as Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a keen analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
