Demand Generation Manager

Location: Remote-first (with office access in Manchester, London, Sheffield)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Demand Generation Manager to join a fast-growing, remote-first company that works across the early careers and talent development space. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives on creating and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads and fuel business growth.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies, optimizing lead conversion funnels, and leveraging automation tools to drive measurable results. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you’ll ensure a seamless customer journey and a strong pipeline of high-intent leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and run multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns (email, paid social, search, content marketing).
  • Build lead nurturing workflows and customer journeys that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Optimize and manage CRM & marketing automation tools to track and enhance lead flow.
  • Align closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of MQLs and SQLs.
Lead Generation & Performance Tracking
  • Own the lead generation strategy, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads.
  • Analyze campaign performance (CPL, CAC, pipeline impact) and optimize based on data insights.
  • Leverage A/B testing and CRO techniques to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement and refine marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Manage and integrate Pipedrive (CRM) and other Martech tools for seamless execution.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and performance reporting of all marketing efforts.
About You

We’re looking for a growth-focused marketer with a passion for data, automation, and B2B lead generation.

  • 2-5 years’ experience in demand generation, lead generation, or growth marketing.
  • Strong experience with CRM & marketing automation platforms (Pipedrive preferred).
  • Proven success in executing B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign tracking, reporting, and data optimization.
  • Ability to map and optimize customer journeys for conversion.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, paid social, PPC, and retargeting strategies.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong prioritization skills in a remote environment.
