Logline: A talented singer must overcome her body dysmorphia in order to attend a live audition, while dealing with her loving boyfriend’s trust issues.

"Ephemeral" is a psychological short, a genre piece, using dark psychological and fantastical elements to portray body dysmorphia and binge-eating.

Through the story, we can feel the solitude of the main protagonist, her struggle, her pain, but also the solitude of her partner. The beauty of the film resides in its cinematography, costumes, makeup, and choreographies.

"Ephemeral" is a new genre, a beautiful piece acting as the interpretation of several generations' struggle.

We are looking for a production assistant to join our team for "Ephemeral." Ideally, you are looking for experience and credits. We are all willing to teach and help out!

We have already done a crowdfunding campaign and applied for grants, but unfortunately, we didn't raise enough to compensate everyone for their time and skills. We, as a team, have decided to put the funds toward props, costumes, locations, etc., and that neither the cast nor the crew will be compensated. All travel expenses and food will be taken care of.

The filming dates are the 28th, 29th, and 30th of July in Bristol. You will be needed for pre-production, but that depends on your availability.
