A little about us…

We create high-impact events, exhibitions, and activations for leading brands and public sector organisations. Our 200+ creatives, strategists, designers, digital specialists, marketers, event producers, and delivery experts provide global solutions from offices across the UK, Europe, Asia, the US, and the Middle East.

Every year, we bring hundreds of brand experiences to life. We imagine differently to make the extraordinary happen.

Role

About the Role...

As we continue to grow and prepare for an exciting 2026, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Production Assistant to join our core Production Team. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with Production Managers, supporting the pre-production planning for a diverse range of events—both large and small, and spanning the globe.

We’re seeking someone with exceptional communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple events in various stages of development at once. This office-based role will also require travel for site visits and on-the-ground event delivery, both nationally and internationally.

From the initial planning stages, where you'll be collaborating with a dynamic team to brainstorm and bring creative ideas to life, right through to the post-event wrap-up, you'll be involved in every part of the production lifecycle. You’ll help manage crew logistics, supplier quotations, event documentation, health and safety and CAD drawings. Since we don’t own our own kit, you'll work closely with a trusted network of suppliers to source the best solutions for each unique event.

Our events take us to the far corners of the world, giving you the chance to collaborate with suppliers and production specialists of all sizes, both in the UK and internationally, on projects that are as unique as they are exciting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate & Coordinate: Work alongside Production Managers to bring live events to life with seamless planning, coordination, and execution that leaves a lasting impact.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with suppliers and contractors, sourcing competitive quotes while developing lasting partnerships both nationally and internationally.
  • Streamline Documentation: Keep the project documentation on point and ensure smooth administration in line with ISO processes, making sure everything stays on track.
  • Contribute to Scheduling: Be part of the dynamic production team by contributing to the creation and updates of production schedules.
  • Manage Event Elements: Take ownership of specific event components, like furniture orders and placement, while collaborating with the wider project team to deliver a cohesive experience.
  • Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, whether in person or virtually, ensuring meeting documentation and action trackers are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Dive into sourcing unique event furniture that adds personality and flair, ensuring every piece fits seamlessly into the event design.
  • Quote & Quality Check: Compare supplier quotes with the project brief and ensure the on-site delivery of equipment and services aligns with expectations, leaving no detail unchecked.
  • Venue Coordination: Work with floor plans and large-format prints to create a stunning event layout that’s both practical and visually engaging.
  • Sustainability Focus: Contribute to sustainability efforts by gathering and inputting key information into sustainability reporting tools (e.g., TRACE), ensuring our events leave a positive footprint.
  • Onsite Support: Be the go-to support during the event setup and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

About you…

This role is ideal for someone proactive and eager to dive into event production. With a basic understanding of sound, lighting, and video setups, you’ll thrive in this innovative, award-winning agency. Don’t worry if you’re not an expert in everything just yet—this is a role for someone excited to learn and grow on the job, with plenty of support and opportunities to develop new skills along the way.

You’re passionate about event production, organised, and ready to collaborate with diverse teams. Health and safety are important to you, and you work closely with others to ensure smooth operations.

When things get busy, you stay calm, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. You take direction while also showing initiative. Above all, you value sustainability and are excited to help the agency create impactful, eco-friendly events.

Benefits

What we offer:

For starters, you get 25 days holiday, which goes up to 29 after 2 years. There’s a company pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and an extensive employee discount scheme that will save you money on everything from gym memberships to eating out.

We play hard. We throw awesome seasonal staff socials, finish early on Fridays in the summer, and we close every year between Christmas and New Year.

We’ll look out for your wellbeing. There’s a medical plan that pays cashback on your dental treatment, glasses, physio and things like that; plus, it features an employee assist programme with a 24hr GP hotline and wellbeing support service. And if you refer a friend to come and work for us, we’ll pay you a finder’s fee.

The serious stuff:

We take the serious stuff seriously. You’ll be given access to the learning and development you need to grow and progress. And we have clear codes of conduct and policies on issues like equality, diversity & inclusion, and sustainability. We welcome applications from people from all backgrounds and walks of life.

We are also proud to be a Disability Confident Committed (Level 1) Employer. As a Disability Confident Committed Employer we have committed to; ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible, communicating and promoting vacancies, offering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job and anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required. If you have a view or an idea, we’ll want you to be involved in helping us always be better.
