Mortgage Advisor Roles & Responsibilities:

• Building lasting rapport with clients whilst providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Manage applications through from enquiry to completion.
• Attend events to continue to promote and share the firm’s knowledge, professionalism and values.
• Keep up to date with continued professional development and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Mortgage Advisor Qualifications & Requirements:

• CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualified or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
• Ability to attend in person events or training as required.

Mortgage Advisor Benefits:

• Basic salary of £35,000.
• Uncapped commission.
• OTE in excess of £60,000.
• Remote working.
• Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months.
• Leads provided.
• Company pension.
• Working hours Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm with regular early finishes on a Friday.
• 30 Days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
