We are currently recruiting on behalf of an Appointed Representative for HL Partnership for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor.

This is an employed role for a well-established company that is based in Staffordshire although the position is working remotely with the option of either full time or part time hours.

You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the mortgage process, ensuring they receive the best financial solutions tailored to their needs.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice on mortgage products, assessing clients' financial situations, and assisting them in making informed decisions. This position requires strong communication skills and a keen understanding of financial services.

Duties

1. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine suitable mortgage options.
2. Provide clear and comprehensive advice on various mortgage products available in the market.
3. Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and changes in mortgage products.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
6. Collaborate with lenders and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
7. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-mortgage approval.

Experience

1. Proven experience in financial services is highly desirable.
2. Basic maths skills are essential for calculating loan amounts, interest rates, and repayments.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client management is crucial for success in this role.
5. Familiarity with mortgage software and tools is an advantage but not mandatory as training will be provided.
