Adecco Kettering are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a well-established Distribution company based in Wellingborough.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time office-based role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Wellingborough. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of 2 sales representatives, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.

Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Wellingborough
Salary: £35k - £40k DOE (target-based bonuses available)
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 within the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives and expand market share
  3. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients and partners
  4. Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and adjust strategies as needed
  5. Ensure the team is effectively trained on products, services, and sales techniques
  6. Report regularly on sales performance and provide forecasts to upper management
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
  8. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and drive growth
