As an innovative disruptor within financial services, my client has built a bespoke, cutting-edge platform which enables their mortgage brokers to work efficiently and at a high volume - with an endless flow of direct online leads.

Their market leading platform has enhanced the business's performance, as a result consistent growth is up month on month. Due to year-on-year growth, my client is actively seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join their successful team in supporting Advisors and Case Managers with administration duties.

Working collaboratively as part of a remote team you will:

  • Contact first charge lenders to follow up on requested information regarding customers' mortgages.
  • Daily reporting.
  • Upload and assign to correct customer cases from incoming documents.
  • Data entry - manually input data for broker-to-broker fact finds.
  • Work as part of the team to share ideas, experience, and best practices.
  • Actively seek out and promote improvements to systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Computer literate - advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite of products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced/customer service-based environment.
