Continuous Improvement Maintenance Engineer London needed for an excellently run manufacturer that has a great team and structure in place and is expanding the team.

The company invests heavily in their staff and sites with world leading technology, machinery, and training.

Continuous Improvement Maintenance Engineer London Monday - Friday days.

Salary up to £55k - £60k plus pension, holidays, and other perks.

Continuous Improvement Maintenance Engineer duties:

1. Look at ways to get the best out of the assets (machinery)
2. Reduce downtime
3. Set up new PPM's if required
4. Look at innovative ways to improve OEE
5. Root Cause Analysis
6. Report writing
7. Working on project-related work
8. Be able to take lead on decision making and problem solving for the improvement and reliability of machinery

Requirements for Continuous Improvement Maintenance Engineer:

1. A formal engineering electrical or mechanical qualification to at least City & Guilds level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent with corresponding practical experience.
2. Good working knowledge of automated systems/production machinery.
3. From a manufacturing background with some experience in continuous improvement, getting to the root cause, and making improvements to machinery and downtime.
4. Good at report writing and computer literate.
5. Mechanical or Electrical hands-on proven experience in a factory engineering environment.
6. Must have UK full working rights.
