Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to running a successful venue. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant.
  2. Lead, train, and motivate a team to provide outstanding customer service.
  3. Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  4. Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  7. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
  8. Create staff schedules and ensure efficient workforce management.
  9. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the venue.
Requirements:
