JSW is thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for a Venue Bar Manager to take charge of our vibrant, multi-faceted bars in a bustling high-capacity venue in West London, easily accessible from North London or m4 corridor! This unique venue boasts a fantastic terrace bar and two spacious bars, where we host an exhilarating variety of events—from concerts and sports to corporate functions and team-building activities, every week and weekend!
We’re searching for a dynamic, highly motivated individual with a stellar track record in managing high-energy, high-turnover wet venues, bars, or nightclubs. If you are an inspiring leader who thrives on continuous improvement and has a genuine drive to elevate customer experiences, we want you on our team!
In this role, you will empower a team of up to three department heads and oversee a dedicated staff of over 50 talented individuals. Operating from 11 am to midnight, our venue is renowned for delivering exceptional events, festivals, concerts, and sporting activities.
The ideal candidate will bring outstanding organisational skills and a relentless commitment to high service standards and impeccable venue presentation. You will be the architect of initiatives that not only enhance guest interaction but also boost sales and profitability throughout the venue. Strong financial acumen is a must, as you will manage your own P&L, making financial and stock management experience essential.
Your keen attention to detail will ensure smooth operations while managing health and safety protocols, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff. Above all, we seek an enthusiastic leader brimming with energy and a passion for customer service that will elevate the guest experience to new heights!
