Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager at Nela Restaurant, located at The Whiteley, Queensway, London. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, managing inventory, training, and supervising bar staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining a clean and safe bar environment. The Bar Manager will also be responsible for creating a dynamic beverage list and updating drink menus, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.
