Job Title: Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative - BENELUX/DACH

Salary: £32k base + £18k commission

Location: London office hybrid working

Industry: Tech/SaaS

Start date: ASAP

We are hiring for a global leader in the data and cloud storage space. This company has a market-leading solution and has been on a remarkable growth journey. They have big plans for 2025, and the business development team is going to be crucial to them achieving them.

They're looking for fresh, hungry talent that wants to start their career in sales. NO EXPERIENCE required!

Role

This role has a specific requirement to grow their footprint in the BENELUX/DACH region - meaning they are looking for someone with one of the following languages:

  • Swedish
  • Danish
  • Dutch
  • German
  • French

This must be to native/bi-lingual proficiency.

The role reports into a superstar SDR leader. She's grown the team to 5x SDRs already and has put in the progression and development program to make you a superstar. She's that nurturing experienced leader that wants you to succeed because that's how she'll succeed.

The OTE is very achievable - 80% of the team hit their target in Q1 with a week to spare. (The product is great and will continue to improve)

Job Overview

As an SDR here, you'll play a critical role in driving their business growth by:

  • Qualifying prospects to determine if they align with their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Identifying customer challenges to uncover new business leads.
  • Booking next step demos for senior salespeople, helping to highlight business issues and potential solutions.
  • Utilizing CRM and other tools to track results and document key information.
