Are you looking to grow your HR career in a fast-paced environment? We’re searching for a proactive and organised HR Advisor to support our team with everything from admin and pay processes to employee relations (ER) cases on a 12-month FTC.
If you’re an HR Coordinator great with details, confident in handling ER basics, and love keeping things running smoothly, this is the career-building opportunity for you!
Handling HR admin— this will include, but not be limited to, new hire requests, pay reviews, promotions, and performance processes.
Supporting ER cases like performance management, conduct issues, and disciplinaries.
Taking clear, concise notes for TUPE cases, grievances, and other key HR processes (training provided).
Working closely with the wider Talent team and People Managers to challenge and improve processes, ensuring smooth HR operations.
Keeping everything organised and compliant, using your HR knowledge and people skills to get things done.
HR Experience – Experience in HR admin, coordination, or generalist roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
ER Understanding – Knowledge of HR policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and a willingness to learn.
Great Communicator – Able to support managers, explain HR processes clearly, and handle sensitive situations professionally.
Organised & Detail-Oriented – Comfortable managing multiple HR tasks, keeping records up to date, and ensuring processes are followed.
Proactive & Adaptable – A problem-solver who can think on their feet and thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
