We are looking for an energetic and ambitious People Partner to join us here at the Royal London and Mile End Hospital site, for a period of 12 months covering maternity leave. We are a busy and fast-paced service, with a wide-ranging people agenda planned for the upcoming years. A key focus will be supporting the service in how it supports its staff, working collaboratively with the site Wellbeing team to achieve this, as well as supporting the service in improving workforce productivity and making the best possible use of the resources it has.
The successful candidate will have excellent people skills, being able to work autonomously, be pro-active in their thinking and be confident in presenting new ways of working. Stakeholder management is key in this role and the post holder will be able to demonstrate experience of influencing senior leaders and gaining their support for the people agenda. The individual will form part of a high-performing people team and it will be important that they are able to work well and contribute to the team's efforts in achieving the people priorities for the upcoming year.
