Job description
As a Qualified Accountant, you will manage a portfolio of mixed clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be reviewing and reporting on account performance, regularly communicating with clients whilst promoting positive client engagement.
The client is a fast-growing top 20 accountancy firm focusing on audit, accounts, tax, advisory, and more across the nation.
- You will be growing the account and the client base and seeking business development opportunities.
- You will actively manage the portfolio, including WIP management and debtor management to ensure lock-up and other KPI's are met, ensuring client deadlines are met.
- Assisting with the support and development of junior members of staff.
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Previous experience working within accounts.
- Experience using software such as Sage, Xero, CCH, and Excel.
