SAP SuccessFactors Specialist | Up to £65K | Perm | Hybrid

We're on the hunt for a SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance of our clients system while also playing a key role in new integrations, enhancements, and system bolt-ons as they continue to scale.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Managing the day-to-day maintenance and support of SAP SuccessFactors
2. Implementing new modules & integrations to support business growth
3. Supporting M&A system transitions, ensuring seamless onboarding of new teams
4. Driving HR system enhancements, troubleshooting, and configurations
5. Collaborating with stakeholders to optimise HR processes & system functionality

What We're Looking For

1. Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (configuration, administration & support)
2. A problem-solver who enjoys optimising HR systems for scalability & efficiency
3. Someone with a proactive mindset who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving business
4. Experience supporting M&A integrations is a plus!
