About the Role:

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial property brokers, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be a key player in expanding our market presence and solidifying our position as a leading provider within the commercial real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage strong relationships with key commercial property brokers across the UK.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base.
  3. Proactively engage with brokers, presenting our services and highlighting their value proposition.
  4. Cold calling.
  5. Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closure.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity.
  7. Contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
  8. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in commercial real estate brokerage within the UK market.
