We are searching for a Building Surveyor to join our London Building Surveying team as we continue to grow our services within the London area. This is a great opportunity for a career-minded building surveyor who is interested in progressing their career and could benefit from structured support as well as exposure to a wide range of projects & instructions across a variety of sectors.
Our London Building Surveying team currently works with education, central & local government, and private commercial clients, providing contract administration and project management services, as well as technical surveys, reports, and guidance to a varied client base.
As a Building Surveyor with our London office, you will be responsible for managing building surveying commissions, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects for new builds, renovations, and maintenance works.
You will ideally be a full member of the RICS; however, we are interested in speaking to building surveyors who are working towards their APCs, which we will provide comprehensive support towards.
