Are you an enthusiastic and ambitious Business teacher ready to take on the leadership of Business within our highly successful Business and Computing Faculty?
We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead and drive excellence in Business education in our large and thriving Academy. The Subject Leader of Business will oversee the resources, curriculum, and environment for all Business courses within the faculty, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students aged 11-19, including A Level.

Annual salary for a qualified teacher will be in accordance with the Plume Academy Teacher Pay Scale, which from appointment for a full-time post currently involves a salary of up to £49,084 plus TLR 2A (£3,391). However, the current salary of the applicant will be taken into consideration in respect of the salary offered. Salaries are reviewed by national negotiation with effect from 1st September each year. Progression through the Teachers' Pay Scale is subject to an annual performance review process.
