This role will focus on both B2B and B2C brands, ensuring the delivery of full-funnel strategies that deliver measurable results.

About the Role: The Senior Paid Social Strategist will play a critical role in shaping media and organic social strategies for both existing and new business. This position requires a strong understanding of social content strategy, audience insights, channel planning, and brand storytelling beyond paid media, ensuring a holistic, full-funnel marketing approach.

The ideal candidate will excel at translating insights into high-impact strategies, crafting compelling briefs, and staying ahead of emerging platform trends to drive innovation.

  • New Business & Growth – Support and drive strategic direction for new business opportunities, contributing to pitches and proposals.
  • Creative Briefing – Craft clear, insightful briefs that empower creative teams to develop high-impact campaigns.
  • Campaign Planning & Performance – Ensure that media and social strategies deliver measurable impact, leveraging analytics and insights.
  • Cross-Channel Integration – Develop strategies that bridge the gap between organic social, content, earned media, and paid channels.
  • Industry & Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and audience behaviours to inform recommendations.
  • Senior-Level Decision Making – Provide thought leadership on media planning, organic content strategies, and digital effectiveness.
  • Internal Team Development – Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring they develop strategic acumen and industry expertise.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a strategic role within a creative or digital agency.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement multi-channel strategies across organic social, content marketing, and digital media.
  • A deep understanding of B2B and B2C audiences, content engagement strategies, and media planning.
  • Experience in leading and growing national and international brand accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking, able to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • A data-driven approach, ensuring strategies are informed by analytics, insights, and audience research.
  • Confident in leading client presentations and pitches, with a persuasive and impactful communication style.
  • A passion for crafting compelling, strategically sound work that pushes creative boundaries and delivers real business results.
