We create at the speed of social; strategising, ideating, designing, and producing through our team of in-house strategists, creatives, art directors, copywriters, producers, editors, and videographers. We test, learn, and iterate in real time, delivering end-to-end solutions from creative strategy, through to reporting and analytics.

The Role

As a Social Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social-first strategies that help our clients grow their brands. With a planning background, you will work closely with brand teams, internal teams, and creative leads to develop campaign strategies rooted in data, audience insights, and cultural trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • With a focus on how paid strategies can be applied to enhance performance, work with strategy and creative team to build data-driven, insight-led social strategies and creative responses that align with client objectives and brand goals.
  • Support the creative brief process, partnering with the creative team to ensure ideas are grounded in social insights.
  • Support on the planned phasing to ensure through the line alignment and work with inter agency mix to align creative effectively with wider bran comms plans.
  • Work closely with account managers, creatives, and media teams to ensure the seamless integration of brand strategies and the effective execution of each campaign.
  • Work with Uncovered’s data analysts to analyse the performance of campaigns using key metrics (both paid and organic) and support in capturing learnings and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, presenting strategic recommendations, campaign results, and new ideas.
  • Oversee the creation of regular performance reports with the wider strategy team, using data to guide future campaign strategies and demonstrate value to clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content planning or media planning, preferably within an agency environment.
  • A solid understanding of all social media platforms and how they drive brand growth.
  • Strong background in audience research, insight generation, and applying these insights to strategy.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with both internal and client-facing discussions
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Branwatch, Ads Manager and TikTok solutions).
  • Familiarity with both organic and paid social strategies, with the ability to create integrated plans.
  • Passionate about digital trends, culture, and community building.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple campaigns at once.
