Working for a prestigious client in the Banking sector and reporting to the Regional Account Director, the EMEA Head of Security's primary responsibility is to define and drive the strategic direction of the ISS Security Service across EMEA, ensuring robust governance while supporting the client’s business objectives and strategic vision.
Job Description
The Head of Security will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management at the client, ISS leadership, and external security partners.
This role requires a proactive approach to identifying emerging security trends and ensuring that best practices are embedded across all EMEA locations.
Additionally, the Head of Security will be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting regular security audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong leadership skills are essential to cultivate a culture of security awareness, ensuring that all security personnel are well-trained and equipped to manage potential threats effectively.
