This is a superb opportunity for a Senior Private Client Lawyer to lead the private client department at a well-established full service Legal 500 law firm in Swindon.

In this position you will manage interesting high-value and complex private client matters, whilst shaping the strategic growth of the department.

What will you do?

Lead & develop the private client team in Swindon
Handle complex wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, and tax matters
Act as a key contact for high-net-worth clients and families
Provide technical expertise on inheritance tax, trusts and complex ownership structures
Drive business development
Support and mentor junior team members
