Commercial Projects Solicitor/ Associate, Bristol, Remote working, To: £90,000

OPPORTUNITY: Our client is a leading national law firm and they are now looking to expand their L500 rated Projects department in Bristol with a solicitor/ associate.

WORK: In this role you will be advising both public and private sector parties on all forms of commercial contracting. A broad range of projects work with a focus on negotiating, drafting, coordinating and advising on all aspects of PPP projects, joint ventures (property & commercial), collaborative arrangements and related financing, construction contracts, facilities management and services contracts, and public procurement. Enviable client base acting for major public sector and quasi-public sector bodies including: police authorities, universities, further education colleges, schools (including academies), NHS trusts, local authorities, central government departments, private sector PPP operators, contractors, FM providers, investors and funders.

BACKGROUND: Ideally you will be a few years PQE and have a background in commercial or projects work. On offer is a top market rate salary, benefits package and remote working.
