Ready to advance your property lawyer career? We're looking for qualified Residential Property Lawyers to join the Eden team. If you have 1 - 2 years post-qualification experience and want to learn and grow, let us know - show us you're interested in joining Eden today.

With full remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:

1. Ownership and responsibility for managing a caseload of residential property sale and purchase cases from instruction through to completion.
2. Provide cover for colleagues on other cases with direction from your Team Leader.
3. Use the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely manner.
4. Manage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions.
5. Provide proactive communication to keep customers, partners, and other conveyancers updated on case progress.
6. Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.

All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we're looking for friendly and diligent Residential Property Lawyers with the following:

1. 1-2 years post qualification experience in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
2. Evidence of recent CPD including AML training.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Strong affinity for digital technology.
5. Experience and competency in freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases.
6. Ambition to develop their conveyancing experience and skills.
