Would you like autonomy and to run your own projects, liaise with clients and be hands-on with developing creative design solutions for a variety of mid-sized building schemes?
The company has 150 staff and the London office is currently at 25 strong. The London structures team is small but growing, with a current team of 4. The next hire therefore needs to be keen to take responsibility and be hungry for career progression and development. The office is a very social and supportive place, where hybrid working, collaboration, and flexibility are key. No long working hours are required as staff here all enjoy their personal life as well as work. Excellent support for Chartership can be provided.
You should be a good all-rounder, competent with all materials. Chartered or nearing this status would be useful. Projects range in build value from £1-2m up to £10-15m in a variety of sectors, such as schools, LA work, museums, and residential.
