European Tech Recruit are working closely with a leading software security company who are looking for an EMEA Telecoms Sales Leader to join their team.

This role can offer full home office but does involve between 30-50% travel per year for client visits.

In this role you will be the driving force behind identifying, pursuing, and sealing transformative, high-value contracts that fuel our client's market dominance. This is a 100% individual contributor position, where you will be at the forefront of growth in the EMEA region, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing sizable, long-term contracts within the Telecom sector.

Responsibilities as EMEA Telecoms Sales Leader:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a significant impact in the shortest possible window.
  • Develop and implement solid Account Plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders in the Telecom industry at both the C-level and the operational level.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Channel marketing, Product and Solution Architects and Delivery teams, to build appropriate solutions for partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovations in the Telecom sector.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales hunter role, within the Telecom industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Having worked for Key Telecom Providers in Germany, UK and other EMEA countries is a must.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
