Senior Consultant | Semiconductor, Software Engineering, Blockchain/Web3

We are currently partnered with an industry leading global computer security software company looking to expand their leadership team with a Sales Leader to focus on the EMEA Telecoms market. This is a unique opportunity, utilizing your existing network within the telecoms sector, to work as part of a expanding leadership team and utilize your skills to open new markets, secure major accounts, and deliver contracts with lifetime value.

This position is a predominately remote permanent role that can be based in the UK, Ireland, or Spain.

Key Responsibilities for this Sales Leader position:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Telecom sector.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, driving rapid revenue growth.
  • Develop account plans to expand market share and secure long-term contracts.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven hunter mindset with a track record of success in Telecom sales.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience managing complex deals.
  • Expertise in working with key Telecom providers across EMEA (Germany, UK, etc.).
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and results-oriented.
