Borough Kitchen is looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our newest store at Battersea Power Station, one of London's most exciting retail and dining destinations.

This isn't just any store—it's our latest addition in a landmark location, bringing our passion for quality kitchenware, cooking, and entertaining to even more customers. But we offer more than just retail. We also operate a renowned cook school in four of our five stores, running various different hands-on classes covering everything from knife skills and pasta-making to patisserie and global cuisines.

• Lead & Inspire - Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team that shares your enthusiasm for cooking and exceptional customer service.
• Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience - Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere where customers feel inspired and supported in their culinary journeys.
• Drive Sales & Growth - Develop strategies to maximize sales and enhance brand presence in this high-profile location.
• Merchandise with Impact - Maintain beautiful product displays that reflect our premium range and align with brand standards.
• Own Store Operations - Oversee inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Foster Community - Engage with customers, local businesses, and culinary enthusiasts to strengthen Borough Kitchen's presence at Battersea.

Requirements

• Experienced Retail Leader - 3+ years in store management with a proven ability to drive results - A Must.
• Passionate About Cooking & Entertaining - You love great food and know how to share that passion with customers.
• Sales-Driven & Strategic - You have a track record of hitting targets and growing business.
• A Natural People Leader - You inspire and develop teams to deliver excellence.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized - You ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Ready for the Challenge - Willing to work weekends and holidays in a dynamic, high-footfall retail environment.
