The Role

As a Recruiter Coordinator, you will work with our Recruitment team to identify and hire the best talent to join Untold Studios. You are passionate about people and excited to play a role in making Untold Studios a great place to work. You are attentive to detail and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing and screening of candidates through various channels.
  2. Reviewing applications to screen for qualified candidates.
  3. Using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the candidate pipeline.
  4. Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  5. Communicating with candidates throughout the interview process.
  6. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting necessary paperwork and preparing for their first day.
  7. Providing support to new hires during their initial weeks on the job.
  8. Maintaining accurate records of candidates and the recruitment process.
  9. Preparing and distributing job postings and other recruitment materials.
  10. Responding to candidate inquiries and providing updates on the hiring process.
  11. Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  12. Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
  13. Outreach programme with educational institutes, various advertising and entertainment trade and industry events.
