Base pay range

This is a Recruitment Agency SALES Role

Basic £75-100k OTE high OTE + uncapped EQUITY (10-20% after qualifying period)

The Role & Company:

• Division to cover ERP in Europe (ideally DACH experience)
• They need a talented Director to grow and develop this exciting business line
• Responsible for all BD in the area leading from the front
• Strong base to grow from enviable client list to network from
• Expert delivery and support function in place
• Investment in place to facilitate growth and hiring top calibre team
• Be part of an exceptional and growing leadership team
• Run a high profile division within the company which will be supported by all your peers
• Exceptional client list both UK and Europe
• Company has an excellent reputation and there is a distinct need from their client base for this business line
• Award winning company are going through a period of growth

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record across the ERP Technology marketplace
• Successful track record in winning C-suite Tech business
• High calibre presentation skills
• Experience in driving corporate strategy
• Experience in driving your own sales strategy and successful implementation
• Desire to take your career to the next level
