Base pay range

Do you have previous experience in a care environment with working knowledge of Care Quality Commission? Do you have a critical and abstract mind? Do you enjoy engaging with clients and writing in a compelling way?

If so, we may have the perfect role for you! Our client is looking for a Bid Manager to join their fast-paced team on a Permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with experience within bid writing to take the next steps in their career. You will be tasked with managing tender journeys, collaborating with junior members of the team who will write the majority of the content, and ensuring that the brief is met.

Responsibilities

• Project manage multiple tenders, ensuring all deliverables are adhered to supply into the healthcare sector
• Lead a team to create high-quality winning tenders
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to produce a winning bid
• Identify new opportunities for bid submissions
• Working within the team to construct an eloquent proposal to ensure all requirements are met and provide a competitive advantage
• Development of written content for proposals and other documents against the briefs and timescales

Skills & Experience

• Care Quality Control experience essential
• Experience with Bids and Tenders highly desirable
• Excellent attention to detail
• A strong track record of success
• Knowledgeable within the competitive marketplace
• Degree level education or equivalent
