As the Senior People Systems Manager, HRIS you will play a key role in the development, delivery, and success of our HRIS solutions and People systems. You’ll work closely with our People Operations and data teams to ensure a deep understanding of our people processes and data - transforming pain points into scalable solutions through optimal configurations, connectivity, and best-in-class Deeler experiences. You will work closely with the Deel Product team to rapidly develop and deliver HRIS solutions to support our rapidly growing organization and shape the future of our product.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with People Operations and cross-functional teams to understand challenges and implement improvements supporting our operational efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on Deeler experience.
  2. Collaborate to understand and translate strategy into a delivery roadmap to achieve strategic objectives.
  3. Define, evaluate, and deliver system enhancements to support process improvements, self-service and automation.
  4. Remain current on our ever-evolving business processes and understand the impact on existing system configurations. Proactively find ways to optimize our system configuration, data integrity and performance.
  5. Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering a range of programs including: employee lifecycle processes, absence management/time-off, expenses, benefits, and more.
  6. Monitor regulatory requirements impacting our global, remote workforce. Evaluating updates to existing procedures and systems to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with local policies and regulations.
  7. Ensure system compliance with company policies, data security and privacy requirements.

Requirements

  1. 8+ years of system administration experience with leading HRIS platforms.
  2. Strong understanding of HRIS & global payroll processes and best practices.
  3. Proven experience designing and implementing systems for enterprise-grade business requirements, including absence/time off, payroll, expenses & analytics.
  4. Experience managing compliant processes and policies for a remote-first workforce, operating in many countries around the world.
  5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset. Able to work with stakeholders to identify solutions to address immediate needs that align with long-term goals.
  7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
