Elevation HR are excited to be working with a national charity as they look to appoint a HR Advisor on a remote basis on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This is a newly created role due to the growth of the charity with potential for the role to go permanent after the first initial 12 months. Reporting into the ER Manager, the role will focus on employee relations and project work surrounding TUPE transfers supporting circa 1700 employees.
