We are seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Assistant Manager to join a well-established Accountancy firm in Belfast. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee the work of junior audit team members, providing coaching and technical guidance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and ISA standards.
• Identify and resolve technical audit and accounting issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of audit experience, preferably within a professional services firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
