Role Responsibilities include:

1. Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation and production of accurate and timely management and financial accounts.
2. Cash Flow Management: Overseeing cash flow and working capital to ensure optimal financial health.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Contributing to the development and preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
4. Accounting Administration: Effectively managing the accounting and administration function within the Head Office, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.

Essential Criteria:

1. Professional Qualification: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
2. Industry Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant industry experience.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
4. Industry Advantage: Experience within the motor or aviation industry is highly desirable.
5. Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers.
6. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and achieve favourable outcomes.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
